Gisteren naar de Bijenkorf Amsterdam geweest en op de boekenafdeling werd ook speelgoed verkocht. Aldaar een demonstratie van een helikopter en aangestuurde autootjes bekeken. Deze demonstratie werd gedaan een bijzonder aardige, mooie jonge vrouw, die kennis van zaken had en ons in vloeiend Nederlands alles heeft uitgelegd. Zij bleek uit Syrie te komen en was drie jaar in Ned. ***. Wij hebben twee autootjes en de heli. gekocht. Ook haar collega ***, was zeer attent en aardig. Bij de kassa gekomen werden we ook daar heel attent en gezellig geholpen door *** van de kindermode. Zij pakte bovendien onze aankopen heel zorgvuldig in, met een mooie strik erop. Het was een fijne ervaring om zo geholpen te worden. Dank dames! Maggy

Thanks God that we met the laddy who is staff of the Laura Mercier.She is Snenm. Thanks so much .Because,she helped us resolve the big problem !
This is how it happened: on Sunday, we brought some product of beauty , it was about 118 euro and that it had already reach to the request of the tax free.We also brought some others things in the shopping moll. When we finished ,we went upstairs ,made all the bill of tax free together . But the staff who is a man of China made some mistake.I didn't know his name .he was careless and we also went to far to trust him that didn't checked the amount immediately .Therefore when we came to hosel we discovered that we lacked the tax bill of Laura mercier and the man also didn't returned me back all the bill of this brand . he took all bill ! it ment we lost it ! Actually we just a student, that was a little big amount for us .So,on the second morning ,we hurried to go to the mall but it wasn't open at ten ,and then ,at the afternoon,when we turned back to the agency of global blue ,wanted to ask a help ,the Chinese man didn't at work at that day.And his workmates wanted to help as but he meant that we couldn't improve that what we brought it yesterday. We were so helpless and tried to asked for a help to Senem. She felt pitiful for us and also tried her back to help as.
Finally she gave us the bill of yesterday and we attained the tax free .
we were so grateful to met her !She is so responsible! And i don't know how to pay back to her .
I hope i can write it down and the company can see it or praise her, who has this great morality .I think as a sales the spirit of responsibility is a important element to attain the trust of our customeres . And the company also needs to know how to handle the accident .Because for us we just know valid measure when it happened.
