I have the same problem, sent 4 packages to various European countries and they have not arrived for over 1.5 months! POST NL is the WORST, they take no responsibilty about packages, cannot help you because you didn't pay extra for some insurance, etc. It looks like they just took all your post and let it burn in some warehouse and ran away with money. Now I just avoid them and I recommend everyone else to avoid them too!

I was expecting a package from USA since last month (NOTE: I check my mailbox daily) On the 2nd of June I got notification from PostNL app that it would be delivered on that day to the pick up point. So I went to work and at 3pm went to pick it up at the pickup point but they didn’t have my package. I went back home and checked my mailbox(like everyday) there was a note from PostNL saying that my package is at the pickup point BUT ALREADY A WEEK that the pickup point sent it back TO THE SENDER! If IT WAS ALREADY A WEEK THERE, WHY THE F did I just get the notification from the app and in my mailbox THAT DAY, WHY DIDNT I GET THE NOTIFICATION LAST WEEK! So I called the cust service, I NEED THAT PACKAGE, but they said they CANNOT STOP THE PROCESS OF SENDING IT BACK TO THE SENDER! The only thing they can do is write a complaint. I DONT WANT TO COMPLAIN. I WANT MY PACKAGE.
So i lost my time, a lot of time because of the stupidityy of the courier from PostNL who didn’t give me notification card in my mailbox telling me my package has arrived. I lost my time, a lot of times, because postNL admin didnt update my package on the date they should. I PAID THE SHIPPING. I LOST MONEY AND TIME AND ALL YOU CAN DO IS WRITE A COMPLAINT AND TELL ME TO INFORM THE SENDER TO SEND IT AGAIN. Heck!! IT IS YOUR FAULT. I AM ONE WHO GET THE LOSS AND I AM THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO FIX IT! So sttupid.
CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM. SENDING IT BACK AND FORTH IS ALSO BAD FOR ENVIRONMENT. ESP WHEN YOU DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING FROM THE SENDER OR RECEIVER WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO MOVE IT AWAY? You could call or send the e-mail. They are in your system, esp the service with trace and tracking number!!

Pakketje binnen Nederland is maandag verstuurd, wordt in eerste instantie dinsdag bezorgd volgens de track&trace informatie. Status veranderd dan naar woensdag....."sorry". Woensdag veranderd de status naar "binnen 3 werkdagen"....ik had het pakketje beter lopend kunnen ophalen, dat was sneller geweest.
23 maart een waardevol pakket verstuurd naar de USA, 2 dagen later op weg en sindsdien......nooit meer wat van gehoord. Veel slechter dan PostNL kom je ze tegenwoordig niet tegen......

Dit is de meest amateuristische bende binnen de koerierdiensten! Track en trace klopt langs geen kanten. Pakje binnen de twee uur geleverd, pakje bezorgt,... ze geven maar wat door, niets klopt. Klantendienst via whatsapp opnieuw zelfde geknoei. Geen info. sturen je met een kluitje in het riet. Dat het druk is daar kan ik inkomen, maar dit heeft niets te maken met de desinformatie van jullie track en trace systeem. We zijn nog steeds wachtende op ons pakje uit het 'verre' Nederland... De koeriers doen wat ze kunnen. Track en trace sucks!
