Such a bad service. Too bad I cannot give a 0. I booked a flight but needed to rebook. The people don't speak proper English, it's not resolved in one call, the flight gets way more expensive (In the end it's double the price) and when you call back the new colleague you get on the line tells something different than the previous one. Buy cheap and waste your money. It's probably a company of rich Dutch people that hire people from India because they are cheap. This company is wrong. Never buy with them. I hope they go bankrupt and all the people that work there get their karma.

Uncertainty on the phone, always put on hold, how is it possible that a company like this is allowed to exist and continue to cheat, so bad services, extra costs every time, no refund still waiting, unbelievable that a company like this could be registered in the Netherlands SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN - my flight was canceled and I still haven't got my money back. on the phone they just say sir your flight has not been canceled just so that I call back again and again. really big OP. lighthouse.

flexticket gekocht bij supersaver. dit betekend volgends hun site dat je makkelijk kan omboeken en alleen het prijsverschil hoeft te betalen. Nu zegt hun klantenservice dat het prijsverschil 450 euro is. terwijl op hun site een nieuw enkel vliegticket voor de nieuwe datum ook 450 euro kost. krijg dus geen enkele euro korting terwijl ik meer heb betaald om van mijn bestaande ticket een flexticket te maken.

WORST EVER
My flight which I booked in early Sept. 2022 is canceled TWO WEEKS ago. I have contacted their customer service 5x and have rebooked my flight 2x since then, and still, I have NO tickets, and no confirmation regarding my new flight - which is supposed to be on Nov 9, 2022, it is now Oct. 28, 2022. The first time I called - directly after receiving an email that my flight was canceled, they made a mistake (flights didn't connect) and did not even bother to contact me and update me regarding the situation. I already have taken FIVE MONTHS' leave from work (unpaid), to spend the last few months my best friend has left on this planet! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, and I WILL NEVER book here again. I would advise everyone to spend a bit more and book their flight somewhere else, rather than dealing with this SO-CALLED company!
