Unfortunately my first delivery goods were very poorly packed making them damaged . Lysette sorted the order out immeaditly and the second delivery was in excellent condition delivered the next day. The lady made sure I was a very satisfied customer and I thank her.

I spoke to customer support on the phone and was advised to order parts online and they confirmed that parts will be received within two days. Ordered parts online but did not get any tracking info. I emailed asking for that and received UPS tracking which showed that the parts are due four days after order not two as promised
Improvements or suggestions
Let customer know upfront if you can t meet their delivery date.
