Zeer nare en onprofessionele organisatie die niets doet dan negeren van huurders en hen compleet in de shit laat zitten dals basis dingen van ene woning niet functioneren, Walgelijke mensen, walgelijke organisatie. Nooit een woning via hen huren want dat gaat je heel veel geld kosten.

Terrible agency, avoid renting through them at all costs. From the moment we signed the rental contract for a flat with them, they became completely unresponsive, ignoring our emails and calls and not following through on things they promised and repairs needed. We even went to their office personally to try and resolve the situation, and the agent and Director of the company, who we had been speaking with, turned his back and walked away from us. Appalling customer service, don't rent through them.

Think of pretty much the worst things that you’d want in a rental agency/property manager and you have Rotsvast, which is a dazzling blend of both *** behavior in the tight rental market of the Netherlands. They will bill you for everything they possibly can up front including things they are not legally allowed to charge for like “administrative and documentation fees” (don’t pay them), they are *** because of the high demand for accommodation which causes their “take it or leave it because someone else will” attitude, they will be unresponsive, not reply, and do nothing when there are maintenance issues, and they will make you fight to get your deposit back by claiming pre-existing damages to a property are all your fault. They are pretty much liars and cheats about everything, and if there is any possible way to avoid using them I would advise doing that. If you are an expat then I would double the warning. The surprising thing is that they also appear to be screwing over the owners of the properties they manage, which means they aren’t working in the interests of either the landlord or the tenant but rather it’s all about profiting for themselves. I really wonder how they sleep at night. If you think I’m a one-off complainer about them, please read other online reviews at this and various other sites and see if you can find a pattern.

*** In eerste instantie zouden we een huis bezichtigen om 16.00uur werd daarna per mail gewijzigd naar 12.45uur. Kom ik aan bij het huis is er niemand. Ik bellen en ja hoor de bezichtiging was 11.45 uur gehouden. Ik bellen en te horen gekregen dat ik terug gebeld zou worden. Niet gebeurd dus ik weer bellen, geen excuus ontvangen helemaal niks. En dan *** nog zeggen dat ik een uur te laat was. ***

Zeer slecht in hun communicatie, zelf overal achteraan moeten zitten voordat er iets geregeld werd (contract, onderhoud etc). Vaak slecht te bereiken via telefoon, mails worden bijna nooit beantwoord. Geen aanrader
