Goede en snelle service! Meest producten, zoals ik eerder noemde komen uit China, echter als ik dit zelf bestel, b.v. bij een Aliexpress, moet ik zeker twee tot drie weken wachten en moeilijk garantie te krijgen. Bij Vida XL, na drie dagen binnen.

English version of website would be great for expats who have very little basic dutch
Unfortunately I had issues with the delivery of my order, delivery company made 3 appointments with me, all of which they broke. I had to take days off work in order to be home to take delivery so this is not acceptable. The final delivery was outsourced to a courier who delivered the treadmill to the front door of the house I live in and no further. I live on the 2nd floor and I live alone so was unable to transport a very heavy treadmill on my own. This I think should have been warned when purchasing the item, as I most likely would not have purchased it. I understand that delivery is outsourced but perhaps this should be taken up with that company.
