Great museum and shop but we didn t want to carry anything back home so we ordered from the online shop once home. It was easy and fast.

I placed 5 orders. 4 went through right away with email confirms the 5th did not but I called was passed on to Barbara who looked into it and then it shipped too. Overall the experience was first rate The website was easy to use and the gift sets are beautiful. i live in NYC and sadly our museums have nothing comparable in terms of quality and they do not ship to multiple addresses as the Van Gogh does--this made a big difference for me making it easy to send beautiful presents to family and friends. I found the shipping very speedy and the email tracking wonderful. Very appreciative.
