They have a wide choice of the best natural products there is no such a great shop in Italy. I usually deal with Helen Belien who has always been very nice and helpful.

Improve the website please make it much more user friendly the lists of products are very confusing and it is difficult to find items. When you buy an item it is difficult to go back to the exact page where the user was before so the user has to start again form page 1 and it is a waste of time. Also even if part of the website is in English a lot of things including product description are not yet translated into English. Make an automatic option to discount the shipping expenses for large orders without having to choose the in shop delivery and then send the shipping address in the notes.

Website is deels engelstalig produktinformatie . Het zou handig zijn als de uitgebreidere beschrijvingen ook in het nederlands zijn. Soms is het lastig om te bepalen onder welke groep een bepaald produkt valt dan kom je er alleen via de zoekfunctie uit.

Wat bijzonder opvalt is het feit dat nagenoeg alles voorradig is......zodoende ben ik ook hier terecht gekomen....bestelde altijd bij een concurrent waar al te vaak artikelen niet voorradig waren en was dat beu. Prettige ervaring dus -
