Op zaterdag 20 juni een bezoek gebracht. In alle opzichten hebben mij vrouw en ik genoten van de ruime goede faciliteiten. Leuk publiek restaurant enigszins prijzig..maar ja elk saunacomplex mankeert wel wat. Graag de kalkaanslag in de ligbad en verwijderen.

Snelle service schone en ruime kleedkamer Prettige Hot stone massage prima faciliteiten fijn internationaal publiek geen bejaardesoos in sommige sauna s is de gemiddelde leeftijd ruim boven de 50 goede temperatuur van de baden.

Kalkaanslag op de ruiten van de ligbad verwijderen en de infrarood sauna sluiten of repareren want hij doet niets.

Wat een aanfluiting Spa Zuiver is precies wat je niet verwacht als je denkt aan de grootste sauna van omg. Amsterdam. De naam Zuiver is ironisch enkele sauna s zijn echt vies met als hoogtepunt de infraroodsauna die enorm muf rook. De infraroodsauna heeft een klein infraroodpaneeltje voor de hele ruimte. Eten kan pas vanaf 12 uur smiddags tot die tijd is er alleen gebak verkrijgbaar. Het delen van een gebakje wordt niet op prijs gesteld door midden snijden was niet mogelijk dat konden we met onze vorkjes zelf doen. Lunchen is vervolgens alleen mogelijk als je gereserveerd hebt. Van alle bezochte sauna s in het land is dit veruit de slechtste ooit

COMPLAINT super poor performance by receptionist As regular customers with a group of friends we ve recently visited Spa Zuiver Amsterdam. And we ve always enjoyed it and thought of it as a high quality spa with a good pleasant and professional client facing people. Until last time. Having good client facing people reception I consider one of the important aspects of the overall experience therefore this complaint. The situation was as follows Several tickets were purchased at vakantieveiling.nl for the entrance of the Spa which we used for the stay at the spa. During the stay at the spa we ve had a meal at the restaurant making use of one of the combi deals mentioned in the menu English menu which provided some discount compared to ordering the meals separately. No restrictions to that deal were mentioned anywhere in the menu or on vakantieveiling.nl. At the point we were leaving the spa and came to the reception for paying some extra costs which were not expected were invoiced to us. We asked the receptionist where the costs came from. After the call to the restaurant she informed us that the combi deal for the restaurant was not the case for the tickets purchased at vakantieveiling.nl. This was news since nowhere in the menu nor on vakantieveiling.nl such was mentioned. After some discussion she told us that this time the extra costs will not be invoiced but next time the costs would be invoiced in a similar situation. All is good but we later noticed when paid that only some part of the extra costs were purposely deducted from the bill 1 2 of the extra costs so we still paid more than we should have. But most important is that she was not only inflexible but unreasonably RUDE to us while we were polite and just calmly explaining the situation. She cut off one of the people from out group who wanted to ask a question in a rude tone saying I ll talk to one person only . After that someone else other group in the queue behind us made a joke all the clients knew we had a point about the situation it was obvious to which she said in a RUDE tone way your turn will come . It s unimaginable how such a good place as Spa Zuiver Amsterdam which is otherwise well managed can have a person like that working at the reception or other client facing position. That just cancels the whole positive experience that the spa is trying to create. To HR Manager Spa Zuiver please take the necessary actions.

Een groot bezwaar van Spa Zuiver vind ik dat er géén personeel rond loopt behalve om drankjes rond te brengen. Er is niemand die let op gedrag en naleven van de sauna gedragsregels. Zo zie ik bij ieder bezoek stelletjes die boven op elkaar in het bubbelbad zitten aan elkaar frummelen in de sauna etc. Ik vind het heel belangrijk dat er personeel rond loopt die hier op let en mensen hierop aanspreken. In de sauna werd ik aangesproken door een gast die me zat te bestuderen en in het stoombad een andere man die om aandacht vroeg. Allemaal aspecten die een relaxed sauna bezoek enorm verstoren. De toegangsprijs van Spa Zuiver is behoorlijk en voor dat bedrag zou ik verwachten dat er personeel rondloopt dat let op gedrag en de ruimtes schoonhoudt en de staat van de sauna s controleert. De zogenaamde droge lucht sauna beneden bij het dompelbad binnen voor de tweede keer dat ik hier was extreem vochtig. De plassen lagen zelfs op de vloer en het stonk er bovendien. Waarom wordt hier niet op gelet. Dit was de laatste keer dat ik hier kom.
