The good Overall daily energy level increased I seem to able to concentrate for longer periods at a time. Simple fast and tasty. The Bad My digestion is haywire flatulence being the most noticeable problem. Mixing your every day food with queal seems to worsen the problem. Needs more fiber IMHO. It is a bit on the expensive side. I will be trying to mix my own liquid meal soon because I believe I can use better or at least for me more suited ingredients until then I ll be finishing what I have left of queal.

Great stuff. Apple Pie 5 5 Cool Choc 5 5 Choc Peanut 5 5 Vanilla Active 3 5 -- Vanilla and whey are difficult to get right.. I would just go non-active vanilla which doesn t have whey

Great alternative to regular meals with flavours for every taste. Very useful for people with busy schedules and people that tend to skip breakfast.
