Dump a bag of Queal into the blender in the morning store it in the fridge over the day consume when desired. Very practical doesn t take up any time at all and tastes great.

Quite tasty compared to an other that I have tested before. Missing some salty flavors.

Some mixes are better than others. Strawberry and banana especially are too bland and don t taste like fruit enough. Other than that it s pretty good and very convenient.
