First - it really works Haven t tried to replace all of my meals with Queal but it wasn t my intention anyway. I use Queal as as a time saver it s is my breakfast and sometimes a snack if there is no time to run for lunch. I do favourite some tastes and removed some from my list completely. The shaker is nice but I really wish I could seal and use it for transportation as well.
