Instruction was not entirely clear. It was written that I have to use 350 ml of water and 1 3 of the bag. There was no information how many scoops it is. So I had to use kitchen scales and a calculator to found out how many scoops is 1 3 of the bag. everything else was great

Overall I have had a great experience with Queal. I started off on a rocky road by trying to take Queal for every meal but I quickly learned my limits and am happy to have Queal once a day everyday for my lunch. It has become part of my daily ritual now and I always look forward to lunch. It s Queally good The flavour changes have caught me off guard on occasion especially when flavours semantically version up for one order and then back down again for the next based on which type of Queal product is ordered 2100k vs Active etc .
