I had already ordered the test package with Queal after my boyfriend had recommended it to me and I absolutely loved it.. I really couldn t believe how full it made me even though I enjoy eating. It makes me full it keeps me fit awake and I feel much lighter than I did before. I chose to go for the weight loss queal this time let s see what the effect will be. I don t eat queal for every meal however I try to have it at least once a day. The only issue I seem to have is gas but I read this online prior to ordering. All in all super happy with Queal don t want to go without it anymore

Wonderful extremely convenient product. The widest variety of flavours on the market and best I have tasted so far. Great customer service and communication on top of all this too. Will be sticking with Queal from now on

Tried Queal after Joylent. Joylent tastes less sweet and the flavours taste more defined and natural which makes me not get sick of it like I feel Queal might do. Also the consistency of Joylent was better Queal has a grainy feel to it and it seems that it dissolves less well. Seeing that Joylent is also cheaper I think I might go back to Joylent. Most important for me though is the acutal quality and healthiness of the ingredients but it is difficult to assess that. For ensuring these concerns are met I would actually be ready to compromise on other things. Soylent for me is great because I can be in depressive moods where I cannot justify the effort to cook for myself why should I cook for myself if I feel worthless kind of thing.. . Not eating right exacerbates the problem further but Soylent helps me cut the downward spiral because even if the healthiness might be questionable it is so easy to make I still eat way better than without in such times. Hope that wasn t too personal but I think that this a completely overlooked way in how soylent can help people to better their lives.
