I am pleasantly surprised by Queal. It s got a good texture. I like how smooth the shakes are and how good they taste. These shakes make it easier for me to make good choices. I went from no breakfast to Queal for breakfast and from the occasional bad dinners due to a long workday to having Queal. Thank you.
