I am generally quite pleased didn t get to try all the flavours yet but I liked those I tried the peanut one is my least favourite so far my only problem is the grainy texture but that is apparently fixed in Queal 3.0 so all should be fine right

Practical and better than expected in terms of taste. Great customer service too Price increase a concern though as there are other companies appearing offering what is essentially a commodity so price elasticity is a potential issue going forward.

Queal has been alright the consistency needed some getting used to but the taste is alright. Looking forward to trying 3.0.

So far it s been mostly as expected. A couple of the gripes seem to have been addressed in 3.0 still haven t tried just read about it today which were the separate oil and the texture. However one thing that I think could be improved is the serving size. I understand the 3 servings per day logic but unless you take the 3 servings every day and all from the same flavor I don t think it s practical at all. I weigh approximately 1 3 of the bag with a digital home scale for each serving but everything could be easier if it came in 150g individual servings in the first place or maybe different sizes for breakfast meal and dinner . Much faster to prepare no scale could take it to work with no hassle and the use of zip bags could be avoided which would probably be cheaper for you. At the moment I measure each serving and put it into a small container to mix it at work but that is quite non-practical the weighing routine and having one more container to take to and from work and to be cleaned . Want to make a serving with a larger or smaller quantity Ok open 2-3 individual servings and put them in a larger container and you re back at square 1. But I think this is not the case for most people. Apart from that I think the rest is well thought out. Although now I d like to have 2 mixing cups one at home and one at work.

I m really looking forward to next month for the new 3.0 queal and to improved packaging and shipping. I m from Austria and I also have receiced quite damaged packages. Hopefully not any more -D
