Queal was recommended to me by a friend who praised it highly. Having read my share of articles about Soylent in the past but never given it or other similar food any real thought I figured I would give it a try. Queal has since proven to be super convenient and just plain amazing. It s quick and easy to prepare it tastes way better than expected and depending on the flavor it tastes really good by itself and best of all I don t feel any hunger between ordinary meal times so there s no need for mostly not-so-healthy snacks.
