I think this is one of the best options for the EU market. It has many possible choices both in terms of kcal day and flavours. It tastes great the shaker does well its job and the mixture does not get too thick after a few hours in the fridge this is really a plus if you compare it with some other brands . One small minus in my opinion are the plastic bags filled with air for the protection of the shipment box. I think that these are not really that important and some space could be saved leading to cheaper expedition costs. Overall it s a great product and I will surely stick with it.
