The worst customer service for a blinds company that I have ever encountered in the Netherlands. My experience with *** Pieper was consistently unprofessional, disorganised, and unnecessarily confrontational. *** visited the property twice and still failed to measure the correct windows, despite being clearly instructed in advance and provided with photos showing exactly which windows required blinds. This is a basic expectation for any competent installer. Instead, time was wasted measuring irrelevant areas, and even after two visits, he admitted he had not taken the correct measurements. Rather than taking responsibility for these repeated mistakes, he chose to blame me for not being physically present at the appointment — despite my tenants being there and fully briefed. This strongly suggests he is either unwilling or unable to work with landlords who are not on-site, which is a significant limitation that should be made clear upfront. Throughout the exchange, he repeatedly returned to the point that I was not present, using it as a deflection rather than addressing his own errors. This became both irrelevant and unprofessional, particularly after I had already explained the situation and apologised. He also questioned whether I was a “serious customer” simply for requesting a quote and clarification — an unusual and inappropriate stance for a business seeking work. Finally, the interaction deteriorated completely when he accused me of “nagging” and resorted to childish and insulting language. In summary: - Failed to measure the correct windows after two visits - Ignored clear instructions and supporting photos - Deflected blame onto the customer instead of accepting fault - Displayed poor communication and dismissive behaviour - Became openly rude and unprofessional when challenged I would not recommend this business.

Na goede informatie en tips gekregen te hebben, zijn vandaag zonwering en horren geplaatst. Snel, vriendelijk en vakkundig. Een beschadiging werd verholpen. Patrick zegt wat hij doet en doet waf hij zegt. Top!!
