Last week we flew by Charleroi Airport and had to take up a service to park our car. So we came to this and there isnt even the right company on your confirmation mail. It should be ecopark. Its gonna save you looking for parcare for 30 minutes. Luckily we had a phone number more luckily they couldnt speak english. When I asked if they could get someone who could the man simply said no and hung up. So we went in and had to wait another 40 min for the taxi. Coming back they still couldnt talk english so we had to ask a girl from a shop inside the airport to do the talking in french cause he hung up on us again friendly

TEACH THEM ENGLISH And overal communication with clients phone numbers info so you can be picked up at a good time and dont have to ask strangers to do th talking.

Be clear before booking that the time to get from airport to car is included in time 1 2 hour extra On the invoice confirmation form be consice include clear information on what to do when returning including tel number. Parking ground seems chaotic - was lucky it did not rain... No clear signs from parking lot to entrance hotel no pedestrian walking lane Would be better if interaction in hotel lobby could be avoided print voucher on line after online payment as all is booked you have clear overview who departs who comes back - personalised approach would be the top.
