To go everyting was ok but to come back i had to order and pay my one cab After wating 3 4 of hour after or phonecall and having a big discussion with a popup cab driver who clambt that he picks us up even he didn t now are name and confront use that we are rasist because we didn t follow. I m sorry but my fam. Was scared so i order a cab myself.

When we needed to be picked up the phone was not working. So you call the phone-number. They ask which language country airport and you should be connected through to the right person. But it was not answered even after 5 minutes. We tried it about 10 times and were very frustrated. Then we took a taxi by ourselve and went to the parcare in Brussel. They told us that the phone was not working. So I don t understand how a company like yours can be so stupid that that isn t told when you are calling. This is an essential business part of your service that you should be able to call that you are arrived on the airport. And if there is a technical problem with the phone then we should be able to know that. I will never use parcare again for this reason. However the people in the Holiday Inn were friendly and they paid the bill from our taxi-driver.

Everything was ok but the guy on the telephone refuse to speak english. We arrived 14-8-2015 about .06.00 a.m. the other guy who brings us to the Airport was ver kindly.
Points of improvement or tips
The employes must speak also english.

We parked our car at Holiday Inn Hotel in Brussel. The shuttle was already there so we where within 15 minutes at the airport. We came back at night. Only one call to the information point of Brussel airport and the taxi for came to pick up. Good services
