Very clear simple website super easy to book but once we arrived there it all looked a bit unreliable we found out parcare was the same parking as easypark but people there weren t informed that we had booked. Infrastructure of the employees looked very amateuristic contradictory to the Parcare website . When we arrived from our return flight no one was available on the cellphone number they gave us mailbox was full. After 4 calls someone finally picked up the phone saying that he didn t have much time and that we had to be ready outside the airport were we already were . On our return ride we were 4 people next to each other on the back seats no possibility of wearing seatbelts .

- booking via website is super clear and easy - very close to the airport - in the end we got to the airport on time our car was safe and the pick-up time at arrival was reasonable

- A huge discrepancy between how it all looks on the website and how it all is in reality - Employees weren t informed of our booking
