Terrible you should have communicated that this parking was at the holiday Inn nothing on the confirmation at all the address pointed me to a street with no entry or what ever. 2 distance holiday Inn to parched with luggage quite far. No indication where to go or luggage trolley etc. 3 desk at holiday Inn was not informed on the parade service. So lost time to get a shuttle etc 4 when returning the information given to get a taxi was not right according to the taxi driver. He took me anyway. Deskstaff at holiday Inn didn t know that he needed a voucher. All in all a very disappointing service. Shame on you
