I was very pleased with your packaging thank you very much. The only problem was the delay due to the problem around the Dark Knight Vinyl you had last month I know it s not your fault but still I think it s wrong to charge me and ship the order two weeks after maybe you should charge the credit card only when you ship the order And sorry for my english I m french..

I would I wloud like more pictures for colored vinyl in order to get a glimpse of what to expect. I also would like to be able to know how many of each articles are left in stock.

I love the website very easy to search for items and very easy to checkout at the end. The currency conversions are quite handy and I also like how NOV is always the first to post and send out emails about the latest preorders. My packages don t always arrive in good condition but I can tell from the packaging that NOV tries their hardest to overcome the challenge of the clumsy mailman.
