Absoloutely awful would not recommend to friends or family and would try to avoid purchasing from seller in the future. Very unprofessional.

I had preordered an album back in November last year the release date got pushed back twice and I was never even emailed out of courtesy I had to get in contact myself to find out what was actually going on when the release date finally came around it still took a month to actually receive my order I was never contacted in regards to issues with the album and was left completely in the lurch. Just as I was about to request a refund I received an email finally saying my order was on its way. My suggestion is that you MUST email customers with information on any changes or delays to their orders because at the end of the day they are spending their money and your customers are what keeps your business alive I felt completely lost and unappreciated as a customer with my experience and unfortunately would not feel most comfortable shopping with you again communication is a BIG Issue and 100 needs to be improved. It s such a shame I had this experience as everything else website ordering etc was extremely smooth.
