I can t seem to get a response regarding an order I received. I have sent multiple emails and the chat seems to be mostly offline these days. As you can see I am extremely happy with your products and services but It seems to be very difficult to get in contact with you regarding this after sale issue.

I ordered an album which I had been looking for on vinyl for decades and was thrilled to see it on sale here despite the high price tag. I ordered and my money was taken immediately. Silence. When I eventually asked why my order had still not been shipped I was told that it was out of stock. So they advertise and sell items they don t actually have. I was given the choice of a wait or a refund. I chose to wait. Eventually after several weeks I gave up and asked for a refund and was told it would be processed. Minutes later I was told that in fact my item had arrived and been shipped but they forgot to tell me so no refund. I reminded them of the distance selling rules but I was denied a refund. My album finally arrived but in the meantime I had found and ordered the exact same item on Amazon at half the price. Really not recommended. Taking money for items they don t have is very bad business practice. Payment should only ever be taken at the point of dispatch not the minute an order is placed. Never again
