In may case first delivery returned to sender immediatly. And with second expedition delivery man made a fake signature and abandoned the parcel at the main entrance of the office without coming to the reception as he is expected to do (and all other deliveries do - believe me me we have more than 20 delivery a day from all kind of courier and we rarely meet this kind of problem).
