I only ordered a watch strap with this company but even that was a pleasure The site is easy to use the information is pertinent and the ordering process really simple. Delivery was fast and the packing very good. But the icing on the cake was the hand-written card received with my order thanking me personally for my custom and wishing me a fine day These guys have understood that the little things are the ones that make the difference going out of your way for a customer even if it only takes an extra few minutes of your time goes a looooong way for business.
