Despite a minor glitch in the order where the flowers were delivered but the florist forgot the chocolates my experience with them was excellent. They responded to my queries quickly and got on the case of why the chocolates weren t delivered. And to top thing off got a complimentary box as well.
Truly outstanding service. I ordered flowers from the United States for my uncle s funeral in Holland. I placed my order close to midnight and when I woke up the next morning I had a message from my relatives thanking me for the beautiful flowers. And they were truly beautiful. The entire experience exceeded my expectations I highly recommend Flolwers.nl

I had asked for a picture of the finished product and this was sent to me in a timely matter. The flowers were received on time and looked amazing
Improvement or tips
Perhaps I did not see at first an English version so had difficulty ordering in Dutch. After some more searching on line I did find an English version -

It was a lovely experience I was a little apprehensive about if the staff had any English and as if by magic Alfred answered the phone and when asked he spoke beautiful English and was very helpful and charming so the the whole scenario was very easy and relaxed. And I will be using the facility again.
