They can remove service from the costumer service
Strengths
The product seems fine but the costumer service is shockingly bad. I asked a very simple question something they could literally provide with one simple click in their ordering system and they just wouldn t. If you cannot do something that is fair enough but their costumer service just would not do it and that is inexcusable.
Improvements or suggestions
Either don t have a costumer service or actually provide service to the costumer... what they call costumer service now is a disgrace to the company and I will not order from them again.
