Volume on GPS to soft. Could not hear the instructions so landed up in some little town I think it was called Hoofddorp stopped at a car wash where somebody helped us to reset volume. We know you have a depot there but since we could not hear the GPS could not find the place. All went well after that we even recommended your firm to another friend in Canmore who used your service recently. Regards Maria Thibaudier
