I purchased a fire and afire surround at a terrifically discounted price. the sales team were excellent and ensured I got the model I ordered. Delivery was effortless the van driver rang me when he was near my house. which was great as I work full time. Unfortunately the fire was delivered with the incorrect remote and with a fault. Warmtestore contacted the manufacturer and ensured they fixed is speedily. It was fixed with a week. Their after sales were excellent. They made no excuses they just got it fixed asap. Overall excellent service and I would highly recommend them. They are a very professional company where the client matters.
