Nachdem die Ware nicht angekommen ist habe ich mich bei Koelstra gemeldet und die Ware ist dann sofort noch einmal v geschickt worden. Und kam an nach zwei Tage wie in der Lieferungsangaben beschrieben. Sehr gute Service und vor allem sehr schnelle Problemlösung angeleiten. Vielen Dank.
