The only thing that bothered me was that I was never told that entering one code would give me my four licenses. I kept trying to enter the code 4 times. Also I was overwhelmed going through ALL the unnecessary e-mails you sent me trying to find the one with the code. Lastly you insisted on a rating for status updates. I never had to use them. That one should also be allowed N A.
