Camera license key delivery by e-mail instead of physical card The key was delivered immediately even though the web page indicated availability in 1-3days. Possibility to use Paypal payment method.
Improvements or suggestions
Remove the 3 fee for Paypal payments. My biggest pain point is related to Synology s outrageous pricing policy but it has nothing to do with this reseller company unless it has leverage to persuade Synology. I was seriously considering buying a standalone 32ch NVR hardware for the same price as these Synology s 8 camera licenses. Synology was lucky I had my rack full.
