When i paid with credit card and it has been blocked for internet purchases, then your web page does not shown, that payment is denied by credit card processing company. Therefore i placed 2 stars for Ease of ordering. After i enabled internet purchases for my card in my internet bank, then all went smoothly. So - you must display some error message if payment isn't successful.
