Order was for Synology Surveillance station license - email delivery.
It is not obvious that the license information is buried in a linked image - I, and many others, specifically disable downloading of linked images in emails for security reasons.
a) For preference do it another way
b) If you can't do that change the text of the email such that it will be obvious what has happened

More explicit instruction that I'd one is not in the EU that VAT does not need to be applied. I actually learned of the website from an online forum for Synology users. One of them mentioned it. Otherwise my order would have been significantly more expensive for no reason.
