After updating all the IDs etc. it was mentioned on the website that you would deliver the order the next day but I did not hear anything for a week despite sending several emails. I was then provided the info after a week that the service provider is checking the ID etc.

It would have been good if you keep the customer updated on the progress. Delays are acceptable, provided we keep the customers informed on a regular basis.
