The delivery company GLS misplaced the package so I never got the package from Queal. GLS is a disaster but Queal was responsive and reimbursed me for the payment. I hope that I can order Queal food in the future if they have a different delivery company.

It s much nicer than I expected Tastes good I feel sated so it s a good and quick meal replacement for my lunch. I wish instructions on mixing were simpler instead of adding water first describe how much powder to add first as that measure is easier within the shaker.

Tasty shakes I was a little confused however as to the size of the scoop that came with the Queal. It seemed a little small and while following the instructions to use 3.5 scoops per meal each bag was left over with around 110 grams. Not a problem just a question I have -
