I had my LP arrive severely damaged postal service was at fault and New On Vinyl was extremely helpful and friendly in fixing the problem. Highly recommend them and will be doing more business with them in the future.

Mark all packages as fragile - do not bend from now on.

Great experience. I was a little surprised how long shipping took but there was bad weather conditions during the time so I m sure that was a key factor. Really great web site and easy checkout Will definitely buy again
