Hi product i ordered arrived with damage a push through on the sleeve i enquired about a replacement sleeve. You responded that none were available. The product was very limited stock item so i understand there not being replacements available. However your resolution was to offer me a discount against a future purchase which is no way sorts the damaged item out. Why should i trust you again Also there was no mention of what the discount was just a code I feel you should deal with the issues you have when the arise not just put everything on to next time.
