The customer service is outstanding shipping is very reasonable to the US and the packaging is overall good.

It is confusing to tell if an item is on backorder or not. I ordered an LP with a ship date of about two weeks yet it took three months until new stock arrived to fill the order. It would be nice to see more efficient delivery time estimates.
