Purchased a couple albums from them had some product show up damaged but this could be for any number of reasons because I live in the United States. This issue has been addressed by the New on Vinyl staff and I will definetly be ordering with them in the future.

Overall I am happy with the service and product I have received from New on Vinyl. When I do have an issue the ressolve it within reason.

It s great but I want to sell the vinyl in Taiwan from your resource but other people can still get the same price like me. I hope you can have a retail price normal purchaser couldn t get tax free from outer region or distributing price the price that s without tax .
