I ve spent somewhere in the range of 1000 euros on records from NOV. Customer service has been better than average. Prices are hard to beat on alot of items.

My 1 biggest complaint is the website has albums available to order that once ordered we come to find out are impossible to get because they are on back order for an undetermined amount of time or out of print or whatever the reason. This happens understandable. My complaint is centered on the fact that the company practically refuses to issue a refund for the albums they can t fulfill. Instead they try to force you to choose something else or issue you a coupon code credit. Straight up cash refund on the parts of the order you can t fulfill is good customer service. The method NOV uses to handle this issue is inconvenient and unfair to the buyer. Customer service through the chat function has been good in terms of getting to speak to a live person in real time and they always seem eager to help you how they can. One album in one of my orders was damaged because of a bad pressing not through the fault of NOV and as I recall it was replaced in full no questions asked so that is excellent customer service. The first couple orders I had shipped to the United States were packaged very well. The last order received about a month ago was in a new packaging. Although the packaging looked neat and the vinyl was well protected inside the outer box was cheap thin and became heavily damaged during shipping. In fact somewhere along the line a mail carrier had to add rubber bands to keep the box in one piece. Your old shipping boxes were better.

Due to capacity problems delivery took much longer than expected. Initiation to communicate would be appreciated. Now I needed to ask. Secondly the inner cover was glued to the outer saw a lot of complaints on this topic via Bowie FaceBook . However corrective actions have been taken immediately by offering a new cover. Vinyl itself is excellent as usual -
