my only suggestion would be that the tracking option on the shipping is not really that efficient - in retrospect I would not have paid extra for that.

Preordered a vinyl unfortunately release date kept on getting delayed. Vinyl arrived with nice packaging and customer service was prompt with replies as well as trying to be accommodating.

Give customers especially those who preordered a mass email or live update when orders get delayed or release dates get pushed back.

Really love the website and being able to view the colored vinyl and only being able to view the individual categories just like the colored vinyl and also categories such as Record Store Day etc

The packaging wasn t that bad it was better than most just kind of wished it was packed it s more like Amazon does their vinyl packaging is all check out how Amazon does their vinyl packaging there s no way that edges get dinged up or things get crushed luckily mine arrived perfectly but could be improved a little bit
