My order was shipped just hours after I d asked when it would be shipped and it arrived safely without track and trace or express post with perfect packaging in a nice box on the exact date it was expected to arrive in Australia from Netherlands.

All experience was great till it came to delivery. The courier in southern Italy failed to deliver it to me and it took us about two hours to sort things out specially that they did not have any operator who speaks English and their communication methods subscribed in their website emails were all not reachable. Please change to SDA BTR or GLS couriers who work perfectly in this part of the world. Thanks for the happy moments that we had when opening the package and listening to the Vinyl

Shopping with New On Vinyl was a terrible experience. I had a vinyl pre-ordered for seven months that after several delays over two months after the release date was never shipped. Instead I had to pick another vinyl to take the place of my original order. What added insult to injury was the complete lack of customer service surrounding all aspects of my order. I never received apologies on the delays updates to what was happening and only ever received information after I got in touch and requested it. I afraid I will not be shopping with New On Vinyl again.
Improvements or suggestions
Keeping customers in the loop over the various aspects of their order particularly if it has gone awry. Make customers feel valued. Great packaging means nothing if the experience up until the point of receiving an item is horrible. Also never use Hermes delivery company in the UK . they left my order with a complete stranger and it was only sheer luck that I managed to get it back. Hermes have a terrible reputation in the UK. If you value getting your items to your customers in one piece...Don t use them

My first order showed up in perfect shape well the Postal Service crushed the box but the contents were undamaged I just wish you were closer to NY so my stuff could get here faster without me paying higher shipping rates. I ve already placed a second order I was so happy.
