I ve purchased a few records from New On Vinyl and my experience with them has been really good overall. All deliveries have been well packaged and delivered promptly and any queries I ve had have been answered satisfactorily. I would recommend.

My order was delayed without any contact for weeks. It turned out that my particular order hadn t been in the shell so the store had to make a separate back order. Once I contacted the store the response was immediate and everything went better than expected. In the future I d wish to hear about changes in my order before I have to contact the store myself. Otherwise 5 5
