Really good customer service incredibly well packed with really cool interesting packaging with a music puzzle on the back which I completed got 10 off my next order which I made a few days ago so all in all a very efficient service this will be the fourth time I ve ordered with them so no complaints at all

3 orders and always delay problems and no news if I am not asking to I am still waiting for some records i orderer more than 1 month ago. Also some stock problems some articles are display on avalaible even if you don t have in stock that can explain the delay problems but that can be really frustrating when someone tell you that you can t have the item you ordered. Good Customer service thought quick answer but with smaller compensation coupons that just invite you to spend more on your website to have the same delay problems at the end. The price are also really expensive compare to the market.

Be carefull about your stock. Send an email to your customer for delay problems.

When I got my package I could tell allot of consideration went into it. I love the fact that all of my records sounds great and didn t need to be cleaned before playing them.
