Hi Just a quick note that we were really disappointed given it was the first purchase through your on-line site. I was so pleased we could order from the UK and was looking forward to making future purchases as we really like the brand. My daughter whose 3rd birthday it was on Saturday 24th Jan last Sat had chosen a replacement coat for her Lief jacket which she loves. We buy Lief clothes when we re in Belgium and Holland visiting my husband s family. The zip on her existing Lief Jacket broke last week. The heart shaped pull had come off months ago as had the pulls on the pockets but last week the main zip finally gave way entirely . It was very cold last week and she had to double up on clothes because her jacket would not fasten. We chose a replacement jacket online with her the day her jacket broke. That it was in the sale was really not our main priority - it was a jacket we all thought would serve her well. We were really looking forward to it being delivered before her birthday given we had received an order confirmation and subsequent to that a shipping email To then have the order cancelled because the item was no longer available is an experience I have never encountered shopping on-line with other retailers. I was very disappointed that 1. our order was taken 2. that we received an email giving us the expectation that the jacket was in transit only then to receive a credit note to our account. Other sizes and colours were clearly not available on the website we would probably have gone for one size smaller but our order should not have been taken in the first place if the jacket in the colour and size we ordered was not available. Ik ontving vorige week een bestelling er was een beschadigd produkt bij. Hiervoor stuurde ik onmiddellijk een mail om de firma Lief op de hoogte te brengen ik kreeg hierop nog geen antwoord

Dit is voor mij een teleurstelling daar ik het cado wou geven De defecte stukjes zaten gwn mee id verpakking dus het was geweten bij de firma dat dit produkt koffertje beschadigd was. Hopelijk wordt dit asap opgelost
