They never send me a copy of the offer and I had to push them to focus on my case the day of the offer During the session with the notary I have been left alone. They never checked the documentation they put the wrong information in their system they never checked the status on the other side. This caused me a month delay after having my loan approved and the money from the bank. During the transfer they had just a walk in the house that counted as inspection asking me to call for any problem within the next 2 months I had several issues with the house. Vragen passen voor het grootste deel niet bij werkzaamheden van makelaarskantoor bijv. snelheid levering aftersales bestelgemak info over verloop order. Vandaar alles met 5 sterren beantwoord omdat ik in zijn totaliteit tevreden ben betreffende mijn aankoopmakelaar.

Zeer tevreden met iblue als aankoop makelaar. Destijds was totaalprijs lager dan nu daarvoor krijgen we onbeperkt aantal bezichtiging en momenteel begeleiding bij aankoop. Aankoop indicator is een leuke gratis feature.

Destijds was de prijs een argument. Huis kopen emotie dus heel prettig om professional daarbij te hebben.
